Today we wrapped up our first week of Summer Camp! The first week was filled with photography, set design, and lots of donuts to celebrate National Donut Day! 🍩

We had the opportunity to hang two new banners on the wall in our gym! 🏀⛳️ Our junior high boys hung their SWCAA Boys Basketball Championship banner, and our 3X TAPPS All-State golfer, Grecia Rodriguez, was honored with a banner for her career achievements! We’re very proud of you, Knights!

Junior, Abigail Lowe was recognized for her research in the Biomedical and Health Sciences category at the Regeneron International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF), in Columbus, Ohio last week. Abby was one of 2,000 students from 60 countries, regions, and territories to attend ISEF this year. Great work, Abby!

Congratulations to junior, David Luna Fierro on his recognition by the New Mexico Mathematical Association of Two Year Colleges, and the Mathematical Association of America Southwestern Section for his work on “Wave Functions & the Schrödinger Equation.” David shared, “The Schrödinger Equation is a very important equation in physics. It describes physical properties of particles mathematically. It is a partial differential equation that uses the wave function Ψ to show the state of a particle.” We’re very proud of you, David!

Radford Student Council handed out gift bags to our lower school students today in celebration of Dia de los Niños!

Bella Pelekai is our final senior to be showcased! She has been at Radford since the 6th grade. Bella will be attending Hawaii Pacific University, where she will be pursuing her passion for marine conservation with a degree in Marine Biology!

Our final senior to be showcased is May Fete Queen, Alejandra Villa. Ale has been at Radford her entire school career, starting as a 3 year old in DRC. Alejandra will be studying Biology in college and is interested in being an Ophthalmologist.

This morning, we got to celebrate our seniors and the traditions they make so special at our final Flag Assembly of the school year. 🇺🇸💚

It’s officially spring, and our garden is getting an upgrade! Our students had the opportunity to plant new flowers and vegetables this week. 🌱🌷 Stay tuned as we grow something amazing together!

Big congratulations to Senior golfer, Grecia Rodriguez! Grecia received her 3rd consecutive TAPPS Golf All-State Team honor with a 6th place finish overall at the TAPPS State Golf Tournament yesterday. What an amazing accomplishment, Grecia! ⛳️

Congratulations to our golfers on an amazing season! Senior, Grecia Rodriguez finished 6th overall, and 9th grader, Lauren Cruz had an impressive first showing at the TAPPS State Golf Tournament in Waco, TX. Big thanks to Coach Tim Miller for his work and guidance this year! Our girls also had the opportunity to tour McLane Satdium on the campus of Baylor University! We’re very proud of the way our girls represented Radford at the state level!

Our next senior to be featured is Ethan Verdugo. Ethan has been at Radford since 6th grade, and is proud of the Radford spirit. Ethan is excited to pursue an Electrical Engineering degree at UC Irvine!

Senior, Odalys Saucedo-Anchondo is up next! Odalys has spent her entire high school career at Radford. She’s looking forward to studying medicine in college! Can’t wait to see your successes, Odalys!

Our spring production of Cinderella is a wrap! Thank you to our wonderful cast and crew for all their hard work and long hours rehearsing. Thank you to our amazing volunteers for their time and donations, and a big thank you to everyone who came to see the show.

🐄🐮Our lower school students spent the day at the Kids & Kows & More program at the El Paso County Coliseum. They also had some pizza and fun at Peter Piper Pizza!

Hugo Nava is a new to Radford but he loves all the things that makes Radford unique! He plans on becoming a cyber security consultant after he graduates from UT Austin!

Last Friday, our Sophomores, Juniors, and several Seniors went to UTEP for TSI testing (for Dual Credit eligibility/admission to UT schools) and toured UTEP afterwards.
