Building upon its abundant history and traditions, Radford School has set a bold course for the future. For over 97 years Radford School has been recognized for its excellence in academic achievement and student development. The overriding philosophy of Radford School is to provide a challenging and enriching college preparatory curriculum in a small class setting that allows students to develop intellectually and socially.
Radford’s campus extends over two city blocks in a resplendent residential neighborhood, Austin Terrace, one of the city’s most stunning historic districts. The school’s Spanish architectural style reflects the history and culture of its home on the US-Mexico border. Our gated campus features open patios and secure play areas.  Radford’s facilities also include an indoor junior Olympic swimming pool, playing fields. the Feuille Library, the Rogers Gymnasium. Templin Auditorium, a computer center with Internet capabilities, and a formal dining room.

Lunch in the formal dining room is a daily opportunity for children and faculty to get to know each other. At each table, headed by a faculty member, children of various ages are seated together. Older students set the example of proper dining and social etiquette for the younger students to follow.
 

Radford School is a microcosm of a multi-cultural society. Admission to Radford is based on past academic performance and capability without regard to religious creed or national origin.
